Not bad but not splendidApr 05, 2011

This item is a great way to deeep condition without being tied to a hair drier. It also does a fairly good job but the negatives are that the coverage of your head is just fair (I have an average sized head), and I had one of the gel packages in the cap rupture on the second use and I'm not exactly sure where to get a replacement. A really good idea with about a B- implementation.

I loved the product when I got it just heat and place on ur head and ur done. Only problem, i over cooked it and it burst and now I need a new one. Lesson learned follow instructions to the T.
